At Barnes & Sons, we endeavor to provide assistance with the underprivileged and disadvantaged minorities in our community. However, in order to provide the most suitable assistance that our clients need, we will first conduct certain assessments to best determine their needs.

Through our assessments, we can: determine areas for improvement (e.g. educational, life skills, etc.), determine areas that they need help in (e.g. whether or not they need counseling, training, etc.), and our assessments can also be used by our clients to voice out what they need help with. At Barnes & Sons, we take the time to listen to your needs and to truly understand what areas you need help in.
